The Robertson Brothers are one of the most talented and most respected vocal groups Australia has ever produced. With 13 Mo and ACE Awards, along with 2x ARIA & Golden Guitar Nominations, the Brothers are undisputedly the Australian entertainment industry's #1 Vocal Trio.
2009 brings another chapter in their ever-changing and exciting career. Hot on the heels of the April release of their new album ‘Sharing The Night', comes a National tour in which the Brothers will be performing in full concert mode playing all the hits from 70‘s vocal supergroups including The Eagles, the Bee Gees, The Doobie Brothers, Seals & Crofts, Dr Hook, America, Chicago, Little River Band, Air Supply, Supertramp, Bread & lots more, all of which feature on the Robertson Brothers latest album "Sharing The Night".
Get ready for hit song after hit song as Aust's premier vocal group sing the greatest songs of the 70's including Jet Airliner, Summer Breeze, If you leave me Now, Lyin Eyes, Take it Easy, Ventura Highway, You can do Magic, April Sun in Cuba, Lost in love, Help is on its Way, Give a little Bit and a whole lot more PLUS their own major hits including Over the Mountains, Can't Cry Hard Enough, Winter in America, Language of Heaven and their beautiful ballad The Last Love Song. These long awaited shows will feature Geoff on guitar and vocals, Ben on drums and vocals, Anton on violin and vocals plus some of Australia's best musicians in the band.
For those who are new to the Robertson Brothers the guys have been performing for well over 15years now, everywhere from a marriage proposal in a restaurant for an audience of 2 to singing the National Anthem at a Swans AFL game before a crowd of 35,000 or performing at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony to an incredible audience of 80,000 people, just to name a few shows. The boys are also well known for singing the Home and Away (on Ch 7) theme song plus backing vocals on Australia's top rating talent show, Australian Idol (on Ch 10). Their recording & live reputation has spread to all corners of the world leading to shows in Germany, USA, Austria, Peoples Republic of China (Festival Opening Ceremony in front of 50,000 people), the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Vanuatu. They have also achieved Top 10 hits in Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia and Lebanon.
