Our recruitment process is designed to help us get to know you better and to assess your experience and skill set in line with our positions. To express your interest, please complete and submit the application form below.
General applications that are not in response to an advertised position will be held on file for 6 months. During this time should any suitable positions become available those applications on file will be referred to as part of the recruitment process.
APPLICATION & RESUME
The Club requires a copy of your resume containing your contact details; education; previous work history; dates of employment; referee contact details; licenses and certifications and your main workplace achievements.
TELEPHONE INTERVIEW
All applicants should note that all advertised positions will show a cut-off date for applications. You may be contacted prior to this date but in most instances please do not expect to hear from us until after the cut-off date. During this time we will be screening all applicants for their suitability for the role.
You may receive a phone call during this time and be asked for additional information to support your application. This call is for us to get to know you a little better, verify your personal information, and to further discuss your motivations for applying. During this discussion, we may also clarify your salary expectations and timeframe for availability.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Should you be successful in moving through to the next phase of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview. Depending on the role you may be required to attend more than one interview and there may be a panel of individuals involved in the process.
REFERENCE CHECKS
The Club will only make contact with your referees after we have obtained permission from you to do so. Make sure you talk to your referees and let them know to expect a call from us.
BACKGROUND, LICENSES & PROBITY CHECKS
We value honesty and integrity in everything that we do. We conduct our business responsibly and in compliance with local, state, and federal legislation and regulations.
Employment within some areas of our business is conditional upon passing a probity (background) check and having the applicable licenses. This may include identity, integrity and credential checks which are required to help assess an individual’s suitability to the role they have applied for. Individuals will also be notified that they are required to provide copies of their licenses and or certificates along with the original for sighting. These checks will not be completed until applicants have been selected to proceed in the recruitment process.
