Proudly, we would like to introduce to you our under-18s halfback Kaleb Eaton. A great talent heading to the NRL!
Always in impressive form, Kaleb played for Cairns Brothers as a Junior player since under-13s, and he made his bow in 2022 with the club’s under-18s helping the team to go through the finals series.
He will join the cowboys on a development contract and move down to Bulldogs’ house in late 2023.

Kaleb said of his move:
” I’m excited by the opportunity to join the Bulldogs and would like to thank everyone at Brothers for their help and support – it’s a great club and I’ve been very fortunate to be at a club that value the development of their youth players so highly. My next goal before I leave next year is to play for Brothers in A – Grade.”
Head of coaching Tim Rumford was quick to recognise Kaleb’s success and how much this means to the club:
“When we have young men at our club being recognised as potential NRL players, it’s a huge boost for the club. Everyone who’s been involved with Kaleb since he joined us as a 12-year-old should be very proud as should Kaleb and his family. We look forward to helping him as much as we can next season to help the transition.”
All the best, Kaleb! Good luck.
