Congratulations to our Head Chef Shaun, who won Unilevers competition, Stake Your Claim!

Unilever is a British Multinational Consumer Goods Company with a global presence and diverse portfolio. Unilever supply Brothers Cairns with products such as gravy, mayonnaise, and other sauces.

Tanya Walker from Unilever, Mark Hallow and Kye Mils from PFD presented Shaun with a $30,000 cheque for a kitchen makeover from Comcater.

Comcater representatives took the time to come out and visit our restaurants. Upon review, they suggested a new Rational oven for Bistro 26. Thanks to their advice, that’s exactly what we are going to do!
