You can check your Star Rewards Points and Tier Credits balances at any time:
Your tier is determined by the amount of Tier Credits you have earned in the last six months. As you use your card for gaming play or purchases around the club, you’ll progress towards the next rewards tier.
All members begin at the base tier, Hercules. You can check your tier at any time via the Star Rewards Kiosk.
Once you reach the required Tier Credits, you will automatically move up to the next tier. You can then start enjoying new rewards of that tier straight away!
Star Rewards Points are valid until 30th June each year. Any points not redeemed by this date will expire. Star Rewards Points for members in the Aquila and Pegasus tiers do not expire.
Tier Credits are valid for six months from the date you earn them. Tier Credits older than six months will expire on the 1st of each month.
