Brothers Cairns is proud to announce that we are officially the home of Tim Adams Specialty Coffee.

Tim Adams is the founder of Tim Adams Specialty Coffee and a leading figure in Australia’s specialty coffee scene. Tim has won the Australian Barista Championship, endured a pivotal origin trip to Honduras in 2015 and committed to ethical sourcing and sustainability.

Tilly states “ethical sourcing isn’t a marketing line, it’s a responsibility. It’s about building long term, transparent relationships with producers. Great coffee should benefit everyone along the supply chain, not just taste good in the cup.”

Our staff have been trained up by Tim Adams himself, alongside his friendly team of professionals, and provided with Tim Adams specialty equipment to ensure our coffee’s are consistently produced to best practice and standards moving forward.
